El presidente municipal de Hermosillo dijo que los empleados resintieron este descuento, dado que, anteriormente no se les aplicaba porque el gobierno municipal subsidiaba los montos del ISR, sin embargo, no se notificó a tiempo al Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) y la institución fiscal aplicó una multa de 147 millones de pesos al Ayuntamiento por no haber enterado al SAT las retenciones de los trabajadores.

“Lo que estamos haciendo es cumplir la ley y efectivamente le pedimos, en este caso, a la directora de Recursos Humanos para que cualquier duda, inquietud al respecto le pueda ser aclarada a las personas que tenían esa inquietud, pero obedece a una observación que nos hizo el SAT”.
