La cantante Mariah Carey fue objeto de una demanda por derechos de autor por su exitosa canción navideña ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’, que presuntamente infringió los derechos de un tema con el mismo nombre escrita por Andy Stone del grupo de pop country Vince Vance & the Valiants.

Stone exige a la estrella estadounidense no menos de 60 millones de dólares en daños por supuesta infracción de derechos de autor, enriquecimiento injusto y violaciones de la Ley Lanham.
